Machinery Park

We have automatic and semi-automatic solutions supporting the manual welding process thans that we can offer:

  • Welding methods according to ISO 4063: 135, 136, 138, 141, 121, 111.
  • Welded materials: S235, S355, S420, S460, S690, Weldox 700, S960.
  • Standards/regulations: EN287-1/ISO 9606-1; ISO 15614-1, NORSOK M101, DNV, GL, LR.

In our machinery park we have:

  • Granges (2 pieces) – tool for automatic welding of T-section and double T-section profiles with method 121 (submerged arc welding ESAB), profiles up to 2,200 mm height and shelves up to 700 mm width.
  • Portal devices for welding with method MAG (135/136), width 6 m, height 3 m, displacement length 25 m.
  • Column device for welding type ESAB (welding method 121 (submerged arc welding)), width 5 m, height 3 m, displacement length 35 m.
  • Device for front welding, fillet welding  with method 121 OZAS, LINCOLN – 6 pieces.
  • Semi-automatic welding machines, method 135/136/138: ESAB, OZAS, BESTER, FIGEL, LINCOLN – 90 pieces.
  • Welding rectifiers, method 111 OZAS, LINCOLN – 4 pieces.
  • Device for pins welding Nelson – 2 pieces.
  • Device for welding with method 141: OZAS – 3 pieces.
  • Self-driving trolleys for welding MINITRAC ESAB – 3 pieces.

Dear Contractors of Mostostal Chojnice,

We inform you that a state of epidemic threat was announced in Poland in connection with the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus starting on March 14, 2020. A decision was taken to cancell all mass events and to temporarily close educational establishments, shopping malls and catering facilities. The borders of Poland have been temporarily closed for foreigners.

The purpose of this letter is to provide you with information on the current situation in Mostostal Chojnice. We would like to inform you that as of today, we are operating without any interruption - all orders are being carried out.

We ensure that we are applying the guidelines and recommendations of state authorities. We have implemented special security procedures to protect the health of our employees, customers and business partners. We will keep you updated on the situation.
